Common questions
I’m not getting my one-time code by text
Codes arrive within a few seconds in most cases. If yours hasn’t arrived after a minute, tap Resend on the code screen. Still nothing? The phone number we have on file may not match. Call (844) 463-2931 and we will verify it for you.
The voice assistant didn’t answer my question
First make sure the app has microphone and speech recognition permission. On iPhone:
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Tap Microphone and turn Med Concierge on.
- Tap Speech Recognition and turn Med Concierge on.
- Force-quit and reopen Med Concierge.
If the assistant still does not respond, you can also type your question in the box at the bottom of the voice screen, or call us directly.
My medication reminder didn’t go off
Reminders need notification permission. Open the app, tap the gear icon in the top right, and check that Notifications are turned on. If they were never enabled, iPhone or Android will not show a second permission prompt automatically — turn them on in your phone’s Settings under Med Concierge → Notifications.
My plan or copay information looks wrong
We pull plan benefits from CMS’s public data and from your carrier’s network. If a number on your screen does not match your Summary of Benefits, please call (844) 463-2931 — we will look at the same plan you are seeing and either correct it or explain why the two sources differ. Always confirm a quoted dollar amount with us before relying on it.
I want to add a caregiver, or I am a caregiver who got an invite
Inside the app, tap the gear icon → Family access to invite a caregiver. They will receive a text with a link to install the app and accept. If you got an invite text and the link did not open the app, install Med Concierge first, then tap the link a second time.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
From inside the app: tap gear icon → Delete my data. Or call us. Full detail on what is removed and what we are required to keep is on the Delete Account page.
